The SH0ES geometric anchor achieves H₀ = 73.0 ± 1.0 km/s/Mpc (2022 update) by combining 42 anchor SNe Ia with Cepheid calibration across 9 galaxies, with systematic uncertainty dominated by parallax zeropoint (~1.5 km/s/Mpc) and metallicity systematics (~1.0 km/s/Mpc).
