Quasar host galaxy properties (stellar mass, black hole mass) do not strongly couple to time-delay H0 measurements if position-angle symmetry and external shear are properly accounted for, but AGN variability and microlensing can bias delay measurements by ~2–3% if not corrected in single-band monitoring.
