Neutron star equation of state (EOS) does not directly affect gravitational wave standard siren H0 measurements if the siren is observed to merger (no EOS-dependent tidal effects), but electromagnetic counterpart redshift localization requires spectral host identification and can be biased by dust extinction and peculiar velocities at ~1% level.
