Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor (ATRT) of the CNS has biallelic SMARCB1 (INI1) loss in nearly all cases; SMARCA4 loss is the alternative driver in rare cases. Survival has improved with intensive chemotherapy + radiation in older children but infant ATRT remains very poor prognosis.
